Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and confident Marketing Executives (TeleCallers) to join our expanding team. The role involves generating leads, promoting our cargo and logistics solutions, and nurturing client relationships via telephone communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and explain Zoomcaargo Bhaarat's logistics and freight services.
• Clearly communicate service details, pricing structures, and shipping options to potential customers.
• Develop and pursue leads with the goal of converting them into paying clients.
• Keep meticulous records of calls, lead status, and customer interactions using CRM tools or Excel spreadsheets.
• Consistently meet set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions or escalate issues if necessary.
• Liaise with the operations team to confirm orders and bookings.
• Establish and maintain lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic salesperson with excellent communication abilities and a drive to meet targets. Prior experience in international freight forwarding is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 18,000 and 23,000 INR.
