About the Role
This position, based in Jaipur, involves promoting and selling medicines and Private Label products via telephone communication. The telesales executive is responsible for effectively explaining product advantages to potential customers and successfully converting leads into confirmed sales. Maintaining strong, ongoing customer relationships is integral to the role, alongside consistently meeting set daily and monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic sales of medicines and Private Label products.
- Articulate product benefits clearly to potential customers to drive purchase decisions.
- Establish and nurture lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) pass.
- Open to candidates with no prior experience (freshers welcomed).
- Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
Work Schedule
The role operates on a day shift with Sundays fixed off, providing a routine workweek.
