Job Overview
We seek a proactive and motivated Telesales Executive to become a vital part of our team. This role involves reaching out to potential students, informing them about our academic offerings, and fostering strong customer connections to drive admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective students.
- Provide detailed and accurate details about various courses, fees, admissions procedures, and university programs.
- Assess student needs and recommend appropriate course options.
- Keep lead information up-to-date using CRM tools or Excel spreadsheets.
- Engage with interested candidates persistently to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Meet established daily and monthly targets for calls and admissions.
- Collaborate closely with the admissions department to facilitate seamless enrollment for students.
- Address and resolve student queries with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and general computer applications.
- Capability to perform effectively in a goal-oriented environment.
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Open to both freshers and individuals with experience.
Additional Details
Work Type: Full-Time
Location: Lucknow (Work from Office)
Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 monthly, plus performance-based incentives.
