About the Role
Join a dynamic digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses expand their online presence. We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Telesales Executive to engage prospective clients, clearly present our services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to potential customers introducing our digital marketing solutions
- Comprehend client requirements and propose suitable services including Social Media, Automation, Website Development, and SEO
- Regularly follow up with prospects to ensure a robust sales pipeline
- Arrange meetings and demos for the business development team
- Document call interactions and update the CRM system daily
- Meet monthly targets for calls made and lead conversion rates
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic conversational English
- Confident telephone communication and persuasive abilities
- Familiarity with WhatsApp and fundamental skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Highly motivated and focused on achieving targets
- Experience in tele-calling or sales is advantageous but not mandatory
