Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Telephony Engineer to architect, deploy, and manage telephony infrastructure leveraging VoIP technologies including Kamailio, Freeswitch, and Asterisk. This role requires close collaboration with diverse teams to enhance IVR systems and optimize RTP streaming performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain telephony platforms utilizing VoIP, Kamailio, Freeswitch, and Asterisk technologies.
- Work jointly with interdisciplinary teams to innovate IVR solutions and improve Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) efficiencies.
Required Skills
- Expertise in VoIP protocols and telephony systems.
- Experience with Kamailio SIP server management and configuration.
- Proficiency in Freeswitch and Asterisk telephony software platforms.
- Understanding and optimization of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.
- Knowledge of RTP for effective real-time communication.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range between 1,920,000 and 2,400,000 INR.
