Job Overview
Join SkinLab The Medical Spa as a Telemarketer responsible for outbound customer engagement aimed at promoting our diverse range of products and services through the company's customer database.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to potential clients using the company's customer database to introduce and promote products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and confidently articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to create interest and sales leads.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-up calls and messages to set appointments, finalize sales, and meet sales objectives.
- Precisely record customer details, call logs, and sales results in the company's system.
- Compile and submit regular reports detailing call activities, appointments booked, sales results, and provide suggestions to improve telemarketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities as needed.
- Carry out additional telemarketing, marketing, or administrative tasks assigned by the company.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales or customer service position.
- Fluent in spoken English plus proficiency in an additional language.
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite and telephone communication systems.
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
- Possess a friendly and approachable tone of voice.
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to handle customer objections tactfully.
- Patient, composed, and professional when responding to feedback or objections from customers.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive in work approach.
- Minimum educational qualification of a diploma.
Compensation
The position offers an attractive commission scheme in addition to the base salary.
