Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our Business Development team at our Goregaon (West), Mumbai office. This role involves making a high volume of outbound calls to identify and qualify potential clients, generate leads, and schedule appointments for Business Development Executives. The position is full-time and requires working from the office during specified hours.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct between 100 to 150 outbound cold calls daily to potential prospects.
• Present and explain the company's services to prospective clients and evaluate their suitability.
• Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for the Business Development team members.
• Maintain detailed records of calls made and follow-up actions.
• Consistently achieve daily targets related to calls and lead generation.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales roles.
• Proficient in English and Hindi communication.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn new skills.
• Comfortable with making outbound cold calls to prospects.

Work Schedule and Location

The position requires working from the Goregaon (West) office in Mumbai from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary in the range of INR 15,000 to INR 18,000.
• All necessary training and calling data will be provided by the company.
