Job Overview
Prisha Jhalani Enterprises is seeking a proactive Telecalling Executive based in Jaipur, Rajasthan to manage customer outreach and sales follow-up activities for various loan products and financial services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Contact existing clients regarding active loan accounts for follow-ups involving documentation, EMI assistance, and cross-selling.
- Initiate and follow up on fresh loan inquiries including Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, and Mortgage Loan.
- Market and sell loan offerings to potential customers to meet sales goals.
- Generate leads for real estate transactions such as buying or selling properties.
- Support and promote Demat Account openings and investment-related services.
- Communicate with Income Tax clients to assist with ITR filing, tax planning, document collection, and renewals.
- Engage GST clients for services including registration, return filing, and compliance management.
- Gather referrals from satisfied customers to expand new business opportunities.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers to deepen relationships and uncover further service needs.
- Regularly update client information and call outcomes using CRM systems or Excel on a daily basis.
- Arrange appointments for relationship managers or field staff as needed.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely problem resolution.
