Job Overview
We urgently require telecallers to join Guruved Health Care in Pune, Maharashtra. This position involves frequent communication with customers via calls to promote products and services, generate leads, and provide support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inbound and outbound calling to interact with customers.
- Clearly explain various products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Identify sales opportunities by generating leads and arranging follow-up calls or appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer information systematically.
- Address basic customer inquiries and resolve straightforward issues efficiently.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets set by the company.
- Adhere to company scripts and telephone guidelines during calls.
Compensation
