Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to manage inbound customer calls and online inquiries efficiently while making outbound follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to online inquiries with professionalism.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to convert prospective leads into confirmed bookings.
• Accurately assess customer requirements and furnish precise quotes for moving and packing services.
• Clearly explain various services such as local and interstate moves, packing, storage solutions, and handling of special items.
• Keep detailed customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and coordinate assigned jobs effectively.
• Address and resolve customer questions to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Achieve established daily and monthly sales goals diligently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Preferably prior experience in telesales or customer service roles.
• Ability to establish rapport quickly and successfully close sales over the phone.
• Basic proficiency with computer usage and CRM applications.
• Professional, courteous, and confident telephone etiquette.
