Telecaller - Banking Collections

Job Overview

This role is for Telecallers in the banking industry focused on collections, located in Noida within the Delhi-NCR region. Both freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply. The position involves managing call communications related to payment recovery processes with opportunities for immediate joining.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to customers for pending payment reminders, EMIs, and collection follow-ups.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing appropriate solutions.
• Log call details and update interactions accurately in the CRM platform.
• Follow up persistently to ensure commitments on payments are met.
• Meet set daily and monthly collection targets established by the management team.
• Maintain positive customer relationships via effective communication skills.
• Elevate unresolved customer issues to higher departments as necessary.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, legal standards, and collection guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction throughout interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
• Possess good convincing ability and negotiation aptitude.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet assigned targets.
• Good listening skills coupled with problem-solving capabilities.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
• Prior exposure to telecalling, collections, customer service or sales is advantageous.
• Familiarity with banking or collection workflows is a plus.
• Experience in handling challenging customer interactions professionally.
• Ability to use CRM and calling systems effectively.
• Educational qualification must be at least Intermediate (10+2) or graduate.

• Openings: 90 total - 20 non-DRA for freshers/experienced (₹12,000–₹15,000), 30 non-DRA with customer service experience required (₹15,000–₹18,000), and 40 DRA positions for mixed experience (₹16,000–₹20,000).
