Role Overview
This opportunity includes two distinct positions within the telecalling and customer service domains based in Bangalore and Hyderabad, requiring effective communication in multiple languages.
Role 1: Product Advisor – Telecalling Sales
- Positions available in Bangalore (English and Kannada) and Hyderabad (English and Telugu)
- Responsible for telecalling sales activities, including pitching products and securing sales
Role 2: Customer Service and Renewals
- Based in Bangalore with required proficiency in English, Telugu, and Kannada
- Engage in customer service tasks and renewal processes
Eligibility and Experience
- High School Certificate (HSC) pass or graduates qualified
- Minimum one year of relevant experience for both roles: telesales, telemarketing, collections, upselling, renewals for Role 1; customer service and renewals for Role 2
- Age between 22 and 34 years for Role 2
Compensation and Shifts
- Role 1 salary between ₹17,000 and ₹20,000 take-home plus incentives
- Role 2 salary between ₹18,000 and ₹22,000 based on last drawn salary
- Role 1 shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with one weekday off
- Role 2 shifts vary by gender: females work 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, males 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM with two rotational weekdays off from Monday to Friday
