About the Role
Frankfinn Aviation Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is looking for a Tele Counsellor to engage with potential students through outbound calls. The primary responsibility involves informing students about the company's courses and inviting them to free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn institutes.
Working Hours and Days
- Office hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 working days)
- Fixed weekly off on Sundays
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum education: 12th pass with results available; graduates and undergraduates can also apply
- At least 6 months of prior work experience
- Age between 18 and 34 years
Skills and Language Requirements
- Fluency in basic English and Telugu communication
- Exposure to outbound telecalling and lead generation is preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about the courses offered
- Encourage interested students to attend complimentary career counselling sessions
- Conduct timely follow-ups to track the status of students' visits to the institutes
