Job Overview
This role involves making outbound calls to assigned leads, consistently following up and fostering trust with customers by accurately identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products. - Make proactive outbound calls and regularly follow up on sales leads.
- Develop strong rapport and trust with customers by understanding their requirements and proposing suitable products.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling membership packages telephonically.
- Provide detailed explanations about product features and package usage.
- Encourage customers to upgrade or renew their matrimony packages by addressing their needs.
- Handle customer complaints and grievances effectively to ensure a positive experience.
- Document and communicate insights from customer interactions to internal teams.
- Comply strictly with organizational processes and guidelines.
