Role overview
We are hiring a customer-oriented Technology Sales Consultant who is enthusiastic about technology and skilled at creating strong, long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be confident in guiding buyers toward informed decisions while delivering a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities
- Offer clear, honest, and customized guidance so customers can choose the right products for their needs.
- Develop and nurture lasting customer connections through trust, professionalism, and attentive service.
- Keep inventory information up to date, ensure records are properly maintained, and support a tidy, well-presented store environment.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in customer service or retail, with preference for backgrounds in electronics or technology sales.
- Strong fluency in English, with Arabic language proficiency being mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with solid product knowledge.
