직무 설명
Job Overview
This role entails supporting the operation, preventive upkeep, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance of HVAC systems within cleanroom and production environments.
Major Responsibilities
- Assist in operating and maintaining HVAC components including air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), exhaust mechanisms, and chilled water systems.
- Contribute to both preventive and corrective maintenance processes effectively.
- Continuously monitor HVAC system parameters and promptly report any irregularities encountered.
- Participate in filter changes, cleaning activities, and initial fault diagnosis tasks.
- Aid in maintaining cleanroom environmental standards aligned with GMP guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and maintenance staff during scheduled shutdowns and upkeep operations.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and pharmaceutical GMP protocols at all times.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or equivalent technical certification in Mechanical engineering or HVAC technology.
- Between 1 to 3 years of practical experience in HVAC maintenance activities.
- Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cleanroom facility environments preferred.
- Fundamental knowledge of HVAC system components and maintenance tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Readiness to work in shifts if the situation demands.
Desired Skills
- Understanding of cleanroom-specific HVAC systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) is beneficial.
