The role centers on creating and maintaining both product-related and internal process documentation in a growing business environment. Daily responsibilities include leveraging AI technologies to speed up research, drafting, and formatting stages while applying critical human judgment to guarantee high-quality, brand-consistent, and reader-friendly content.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of product and internal process documentation.
• Contribute to the growth of documentation initiatives, handling projects from simple to moderately complex.
• Write, edit, and format documentation using AI tools as a fundamental aspect of content creation and revision.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to gather and verify details about company products and processes.
• Ensure technical language is accessible and user-centric, aligning with content strategy and translation standards.
• Review and fact-check AI-generated drafts to assure accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness of tone, emphasizing a human-in-the-loop approach for top-quality final outputs.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, or related role.
• Demonstrated usage of AI or Large Language Model (LLM) tools within writing, editing, or publishing processes, recognizing when human oversight is essential.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Ability to transform complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
• Project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or techniques to iterate AI outputs for enhanced documentation accuracy and customization.
