Job Summary
Vibry Business Solutions, a prominent IT training and consulting company based in Bangalore, is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru, India. This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve hardware and software malfunctions effectively.
- Troubleshoot and repair technical faults and network problems.
- Set up and configure new hardware and software systems.
- Communicate proactively with customers to comprehend their issues and provide clear guidance and updates.
- Assist customers by walking them through problem-solving steps and ensure resolution by following up.
- Replace or repair faulty components as needed.
- Support deployment of new software applications.
- Create user-friendly documentation and instructions for clients.
- Handle multiple technical issues concurrently while maintaining high service standards.
- Conduct testing and assessment of the latest technologies to evaluate suitability.
- Perform safety inspections on equipment to maintain operational standards.
Eligibility
