Technical Sourcer

Overview

We are seeking a Technical Sourcer based in Australia to join a partner company's remote international team. This role focuses on identifying and engaging technology professionals for global roles across software development, data, product, HR, and sales sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to clarify role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber tech professionals.
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn and advanced sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Maintain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
• Develop compelling job descriptions, outreach content, and communication materials for candidates.
• Manage candidate data efficiently using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor recruitment activities and generate periodic performance and sourcing reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in roles such as Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, or Recruiter.
• Proficient in diverse sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Intermediate German communication skills are advantageous.
• Self-motivated, proactive, result-driven, and able to prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
