Role Summary and Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant with over 5 years of experience to join our remote team based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai. This position requires working night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and update the UKG Workforce Management software to accurately monitor employee accruals such as vacation, sick leave, and other time-off types, ensuring alignment with organizational HR policies.
Manage and audit employee accrual data consistently, including balancing leave accounts, accrual rates, and policy changes to preserve data accuracy.
Deliver dedicated user support and training related to accrual functions for HR personnel, managers, and employees.
Guarantee full compliance of accrual policies within UKG systems with employment laws while managing data security, access rights, and permissions surrounding accrual information.
Produce comprehensive accrual-related reports and perform analytics to aid strategic HR planning and cost management.
Supervise integrations of UKG with other corporate systems (e.g., finance, timekeeping), focusing on accrual data synchronization, and oversee system upgrades to enhance accrual features.
Document all configurations, processes, and procedural adjustments related to accruals within the HCM system, ensuring audit trail completeness.
Ensure continuous alignment of UKG systems and accrual processes with evolving HR policies, making necessary adjustments promptly with policy updates.

Location and Work Schedule

This role is remote with a preference for candidates located in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai. The work shift is a night schedule from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.

Expertise in UKG Pro
Proficiency in UKG Workforce Management
Experience with UKG Timeclocks
