Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Co-Founder to collaborate closely with the founding team in shaping the technological direction, architecture, and engineering strategies for our evolving product lineup. This pivotal leadership position is fully remote and requires active participation in designing, developing, and scaling web and mobile platforms. The role entails selecting appropriate technologies, instituting best engineering practices, and steering product development towards scalable, reliable solutions. As the company grows, you will also play a key role in building and mentoring a talented engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable software systems and define product architectures.
• Make strategic technology decisions to support sustainable company growth.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards and development processes.
• Oversee and guide product development cycles from conception to deployment.
• Contribute to the recruitment and leadership of engineering teams.
• Collaborate on defining product strategies and validate innovative ideas.
• Tackle complex technical challenges and translate business visions into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Help influence the company's broader strategy, culture, and technology roadmap as a founding member.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years software development expertise; 5 to 10+ years is preferred.
• Proficiency in building scalable web and mobile apps.
• Strong background in software architecture, APIs, cloud services, database systems, DevOps, cybersecurity, and modern development frameworks.
• Experience leading technical projects or engineering teams.
• Adept at converting business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication abilities.
• Adaptability to a dynamic startup environment with shifting priorities.
• A passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and product impact.
• Startup founding or co-founder experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
