Team Member - Security Operations

Role Overview

This role supports the alignment of daily security operations with overarching business and site goals, providing valuable operational input to improve security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily security activities support strategic objectives and contribute insights to enhance overall security plans.
• Facilitate adherence to the prescribed operating procedures and standard operating policies, confirming effective security process implementation.
• Engage in routine security patrols and monitor premises through CCTV systems, keeping detailed logs and sustaining thorough security vigilance.
• Assist in managing access control functions, guaranteeing compliance with established protocols and reporting irregularities to security management.
• Manage visitor access cards to uphold secure and streamlined entry and exit processes.
• Support supervision of traffic and cargo movements by verifying vehicle and cargo authorizations using technologies like GPS and RFID tagging.
• Contribute to emergency response efforts by acting as a backup responder during crises while adhering to incident management plans.
• Stay informed on digital and artificial intelligence developments to foster business efficiency and competitive advantage.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or a closely related discipline.
• At least three years of practical experience in security operations, focusing on access control, patrol duties, and emergency response actions.
