Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-site teaching role based in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. The teacher’s core responsibilities include designing and delivering stimulating lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and creating a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement instructional materials and lessons tailored to student needs.
• Manage classroom activities to maintain a productive learning environment.
• Support and encourage students’ academic development and personal growth.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to promote student achievement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in lesson planning, educational theory, and teaching techniques.
• Strong communication abilities to engage effectively with students, parents, and peers.
• Experience in coaching and supporting individual student development.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related fields.
• Prior teaching experience is advantageous.
• Ability to motivate and inspire learners, demonstrating empathy and passion for education.
• Familiarity with integrating technology and contemporary teaching tools is a plus.
