Role Overview
Nextgen Technologies (formerly Nextgen Webserver Pvt Ltd) is looking for a Tamil Voice Process Executive / Telecaller to support outbound sales activities from the office in Koyambedu, Chennai. This is a full-time, immediate-joining opportunity for candidates with strong verbal communication and customer handling skills.
About the Company
The organization has been operating for about 10 years and provides services in website design, Google SEO promotion, mobile app development, and digital media promotion.
Job Summary
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling Tamil voice interactions, speaking with prospective customers, explaining service offerings, and helping generate business through outbound calling. The role focuses on both B2B and B2C outreach and requires maintaining clear records of conversations and responses.
Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to potential customers in both business and consumer segments.
- Present and explain services such as website design and development, social media promotion, billing software solutions, Google AdWords management, Google SEO optimization, and Google Map promotion.
- Record call outcomes, customer feedback, and interaction details accurately.
- Handle customer queries in Tamil with professionalism and a service-oriented approach.
Work Location and Type
This position is strictly office-based. Work from home is not available. The role is full-time only; part-time arrangements are not accepted.
Joining Requirement
The hiring is urgent, and candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
Experience
Applicants with 0 to 5 years of experience may apply.
Compensation
The offered pay range is INR 1,50,000 to INR 2,50,000 per year. In addition to the fixed salary, the role includes commission, incentives, performance-based bonuses, and rewards.
