Opportunity

Adobe is looking to appoint its first dedicated Talent Partner for the Middle East, based in Riyadh. This is an early-stage role with the chance to help build the region’s talent acquisition foundation in support of Adobe’s broader global growth priorities.

The position is mainly focused on experienced hiring within Go-to-Market teams, while also carrying responsibility for shaping Adobe’s early-careers footprint in the region. You will work closely with the business, act as a trusted advisor, and operate with considerable independence.

It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working through ambiguity, building regional hiring practices from the ground up, and making a visible impact.

What you will do

You will set up and strengthen Adobe’s hiring approach in the Middle East, partner with business leaders on recruitment strategy, manage hiring end to end, launch early-careers hiring efforts, and improve hiring quality through data, process, and compliance.

  • Serve as Adobe’s first dedicated talent acquisition presence in the Middle East and help define the standards, processes, and candidate experience for hiring in the region, while also supporting Adobe’s employer brand locally.
  • Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs, refine role definitions and success profiles, and convert business priorities into an effective hiring plan.
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for both experienced hires and early-career roles, including role scoping, sourcing, assessment, offer management, and candidate closure.
  • Create Adobe’s university recruiting strategy for the region by identifying suitable institutions, building pipeline programmes, and designing a strong candidate journey for emerging talent.
  • Track recruitment data and important metrics, keep records accurate, improve hiring processes, and help ensure local employment compliance and inclusive hiring practices.

What you need to succeed

This role calls for substantial full-cycle recruiting experience, hands-on hiring exposure in the Middle East, confidence working with senior leaders, and the ability to perform well in an environment where structure is still being created.

  • Deep experience in end-to-end recruitment, with significant hiring exposure in the Middle East market.
  • Proven success recruiting across Go-to-Market functions at different levels.
  • Ability to advise senior stakeholders, lead strategy discussions, and challenge unrealistic hiring briefs when needed.
  • A builder’s mindset and comfort working without fully defined processes.
  • Some experience or exposure to university recruiting, early careers hiring, campus partnerships, or graduate programmes.
  • Strong sourcing, assessment, and offer-closing capability in a competitive market.
  • Comfort using recruiting data, keeping ATS information clean, and discussing hiring risk through metrics.
  • Working knowledge of local employment practices and regulations across the Middle East.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
