Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a contractual engagement located in Singapore. This role requires an individual with over five years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly adept in the Singapore employment landscape and with specific expertise in hiring within the Banking and Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding activities.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize various job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Handle recruitment processes including Work Permit considerations and compliance.

Requirements and Preferences

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment with focus on financial services and banking roles.
• Strong familiarity with the Singapore hiring market and regulatory landscape.
• Effective stakeholder management skills.
• Prior hands-on experience working with Work Permit procedures.
• Availability to join immediately or with a short notice period is preferred.
