Role overview
A well-established Dubai organisation with more than 10,000 employees is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen its HR team. The role focuses on recruitment for a wide range of corporate functions and suits someone who can operate confidently in a busy, high-volume environment.
This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter with hands-on end-to-end hiring experience who can work closely with business stakeholders, identify strong talent, and help improve the overall candidate journey.
What you will do
- Handle the complete hiring process for multiple corporate roles, starting from requisition approval and continuing through onboarding.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify role needs, shape job requirements, and plan effective hiring approaches.
- Find candidates through multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Review applications, carry out first-round interviews, and share strong candidate shortlists with hiring teams.
- Arrange interviews, keep candidates informed, and ensure the recruitment process remains smooth and professional.
- Draft and negotiate job offers in line with company policies and the required internal approvals.
- Manage pre-employment screening and onboarding coordination so that new hires transition in without issues.
- Keep recruitment records accurate and ensure the applicant tracking system is maintained properly.
- Develop and nurture talent pools for upcoming hiring needs.
- Assist with employer branding activities and represent the organisation at hiring events when needed.
- Follow internal procedures and applicable employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate profile
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- About 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Experience hiring for corporate roles in a large organisation is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
- Strong direct sourcing skills, ideally with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar recruitment tools.
- Good relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills with a professional tone.
- English should ideally be the candidate’s first language, or they should have native-level fluency.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several openings at once.
- A proactive, practical problem-solver who performs well in a fast-moving environment.
