Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR teams of ABC business units to ensure complete compliance with the manpower budget, tracking actual headcount against planned numbers.
• Optimize the sourcing channels in alignment with the pre-defined hiring source mix framework for efficient talent acquisition.
• Maintain hiring quality standards by adhering to the infant attrition policies and ensuring diversity hiring targets are met as a proportion of overall headcount budgets.
• Monitor and meet timelines from candidate sourcing through offer release and onboarding, ensuring promptness and process hygiene.
• Guarantee thorough and accurate documentation of employee formalities and joining records at all organizational levels with assistance from HR business partners.
• Ensure strict adherence to turnaround times (TAT) and first-time-right (FTR) metrics for all critical recruitment processes.
