About the Role

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in an agency setting.
  • In-depth understanding of talent evaluation with an emphasis on behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and securing qualified candidates at multiple levels.
  • Experience leveraging labor market data to direct recruitment efforts.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to shifting business priorities with resourcefulness and organization.

  • Comfort with independently managing complex tasks and following detailed instructions.
