Role overview
A high-growth fintech organization is looking for a System Engineer 2 to support and improve enterprise identity and access platforms. The role focuses on building reliable, secure, and scalable digital finance infrastructure used by millions of people across India.
What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and support enterprise identity solutions.
- Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, and related authentication services.
- Use automation, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD methods to streamline platform operations.
- Investigate and resolve identity and access management issues.
- Work closely with security and infrastructure teams to keep systems stable and secure.
- Continuously improve the identity platform and promote strong operational practices.
Ideal candidate profile
- Hands-on experience working with Active Directory, Entra ID, and IAM systems.
- Working knowledge of PKI, SSO, MFA, and common authentication protocols.
- Practical exposure to automation, PowerShell, and infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with Azure, CI/CD workflows, and hybrid identity setups.
- Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and troubleshooting capability.

Compensation
The role offers an annual salary package of INR 22,50,000 to INR 30,00,000.
