Key Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of technical and system requirements from high-level product vision to detailed specifications.
• Assist Functional Business Analysts in breaking down broad product goals into precise technical requirements alongside platform architects.
• Create thorough technical documentation, including system interaction maps and acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Support development and testing phases by clarifying technical points and participating in defect triage as needed.
• Ensure full traceability of requirements and alignment with change management protocols.
• Refine backend user stories to incorporate comprehensive technical details conforming to client standards.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across technical documents and user stories.
• Engage in Sprint Planning with cross-functional teams including Product Owners and Solution Architects.
• Review and manage defect triage collaboratively with Functional BAs and relevant stakeholders.
• Document and preserve final technical requirements while ensuring traceability throughout implementation and changes.

Essential Skills

• In-depth knowledge of digital banking solutions, system interactions, and retail banking processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail in documentation and analysis.
• Capability to translate high-level requirements into detailed technical content within organizational frameworks.
• Ability to analyze existing system interactions and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Competence in designing comprehensive system solutions with detailed oversight.
• Skill in assessing how design modifications affect downstream system components.
• Proficiency in extracting vital technical insights from stakeholder discussions and generating clear documentation.
• Strong communication skills to clarify system requirements with developers, testers, and diverse business and technical teams.
• Ability to identify and document system dependencies transparently.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and technical acumen.
• Experience working in an Agile environment using Agile methodologies and tools.
