This role involves travelling locally to clients' homes to aid them in living independently and comfortably.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily household tasks such as cleaning, tidying, and washing according to their care plans.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and shopping errands.
• Prepare meals tailored to client needs.
• Offer social support and respite care for families and carers.
• Deliver personal care including help with showering and dressing if fully trained.

Candidate Requirements

• A heartfelt dedication to delivering high-quality care to older Australians within the community.
• Comfort and effectiveness in engaging with diverse clients.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Dependability and teamwork orientation.
• Awareness and adherence to workplace health and safety guidelines.
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support preferred but not mandatory.
• Possession of a valid Australian driver's license and access to a registered vehicle is essential.

Benefits and Remuneration

• Competitive hourly wages ranging from $34.50 to $37.00 plus 25% casual loading where applicable, superannuation, and $1.11 per kilometer travel reimbursement.

Additional Information

This employment is offered on a permanent part-time or casual basis with flexible scheduling options. The role operates onsite within the Hills region, travelling to various client residences.
