Supply Chain Coordinator

Role Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator oversees the daily movement of goods, materials, and information between suppliers and customers to ensure smooth business operations. Key duties include tracking shipments, maintaining inventory records, liaising with vendors, and resolving shipping issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments to identify and address delays proactively.
• Monitor inventory levels, update relevant database systems, and alert teams before stock shortages occur.
• Communicate with suppliers and logistics providers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve complications.
• Generate performance reports covering delivery timeliness, order accuracy, and logistics expenses.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse teams, transport carriers, and sales departments to coordinate activities effectively.
• Utilize previous work experience in Qatar’s food & beverage sector, particularly quick service restaurants (QSR), to enhance supply chain operations.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of supply chain methodologies and processes.
• Employ strong interpersonal and communication skills across stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational qualification is a high school diploma accompanied by relevant work experience; alternatively, a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or logistics is acceptable.
