Role Overview

Based in Zambia, this full-time, on-site Superintendent oversees employee training initiatives. Key duties include designing and delivering training programs, conducting needs assessments, facilitating workshops and coaching sessions, and supporting managers with development plans. The role requires cooperation with HR and operational leaders to align training with organizational objectives, compliance standards, and performance requirements. Maintaining records, monitoring policy adherence, and suggesting enhancements to boost employee skills and career progression are also essential.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience creating, delivering, and assessing training programs, ideally within HR or recruitment spheres.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and adult learning expertise to engage diverse learner groups.
• In-depth knowledge of HR frameworks such as performance management and competency development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Competency in digital tools and office software for training content creation and tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple training projects efficiently while ensuring detail orientation and deadline adherence.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or similar fields; additional certifications in training or HR are a plus.
• Experience operating within Zambia or comparable cultural and labor contexts is beneficial.
