About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Success Coach to join our team and provide dedicated support to our members. This position plays an essential role in guiding women entrepreneurs through their initial month in our programs, setting a foundation for sustained achievement and offering continuous encouragement.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and orient new members as they begin their coaching journey with us.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries, resolve challenges, and offer insightful feedback.
• Oversee member community chat groups to encourage connection and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Assist with payment troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted membership access.
• Recognize and celebrate member successes to keep enthusiasm high throughout their progress.
• Collaborate closely with coaching and operations teams to identify trends, gather feedback, and enhance the member experience.

Your Profile

• Passionate about empowering women in business and sincerely invested in their growth.
• Effective communicator, skilled in both written and verbal formats including video and calls.
• Highly organized and proactive, adept at solving problems efficiently.
• Comfortable juggling multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
• Positive and energetic, with a talent for motivating and uplifting others.
• Experienced in customer service, coaching, or community management roles.
• Knowledgeable about ecommerce through professional experience or personal ventures, with the ability to empathize and communicate within the ecommerce context.
