Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert advice on correct exercise techniques and safety procedures to minimize risk of injury during workouts.
- Work collaboratively with fitness experts and health professionals to design comprehensive wellness plans integrating exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Provide personalized coaching to encourage and support clients in reaching their fitness objectives.
- Keep abreast of latest research in sports science and emerging fitness trends to enhance training program efficacy.
- Conduct group training sessions and workshops that nurture a motivating and inclusive atmosphere.
- Contribute to promoting the Cult.Fit brand and its values by engaging in community fitness events and challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) credential or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience as a strength and conditioning coach or related fitness trainer role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively inspire and motivate clients.
- Proficient knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition fundamentals, and injury prevention techniques.
- Available for flexible working hours including evenings and weekends as necessary.
- A genuine passion for fitness coupled with dedication to aiding clients in achieving their health goals.
