Role Overview

In a rapidly changing business environment, organizations face unprecedented demands to transform swiftly and effectively. Leaders at the highest levels—C-Suite and Boards—bear increasing responsibility for responding to these pressures. Success hinges not only on innovative strategies but also on centering people within strategic initiatives. This role involves guiding clients to reimagine their businesses, build sustainable and inclusive strategies, and foster cultures that accelerate meaningful change, with a special focus on sustainability, inclusion, diversity, equity, purpose, and board effectiveness.

Client Engagement and Delivery Excellence

• Track record of securing and managing multimillion-dollar client engagements
• Strong established client relationships within High Technology sectors in Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC region
• Capability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and independently close high-value deals

Functional and Technical Expertise

• Extensive experience (12–15+ years) in strategy and operations consulting at top-tier firms; prior consulting background essential
• Proficient in Technology Strategy and Advisory including digital transformation, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture
• Highly valued knowledge of telecommunications networks, particularly 5G, fiber, and core/RAN architecture
• Consistent delivery of measurable business impacts across strategy, operating models, and technology domains

Leadership and Practice Development

• Experience leading teams of 10 or more consultants simultaneously across multiple projects
• Successful business development skills including leading proposals and producing thought leadership content
• Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities, fostering development of high-performing teams
• Innovative mindset to develop differentiated frameworks and market positioning

Regional and Cultural Alignment

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Deep understanding of Middle East business culture and the interface between government and commercial sectors
• Established presence and credibility within the regional TMT ecosystem

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 13 years of consulting experience, primarily in Communication and Media Technology
• Comfort with strategic decision-making and strong quantitative skills for financial and operational modeling and supervising data analysis
• Comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics and value creation in one or more sectors
• Strong analysis capability, rapid assimilation of complex issues, and excellence in conceptual problem-solving
• Digitally literate with passion and insight into technology's business and societal impact
• Natural leadership skills, able to build trust-based relationships and gain insights through collaboration
• Highly driven, adaptable, and optimistic, with proven success overcoming challenges to achieve results
• Arabic speaker fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or a graduate-level degree in a related field
• Experience in operating model design, strategic formulation, digital transformation, beneficiary experience, impact assessment, and monitoring and evaluation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
