Strategy Executive

Overview

The Strategy Executive is instrumental in supporting Bateel's strategic department by performing comprehensive research, creating analytical models, and producing organized deliverables that aid the Group's strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed market, competitor, and industry research pertinent to ongoing strategic initiatives.
• Collect and organize both internal and external data into systematic formats for effective analysis.
• Monitor and analyze market trends within the GCC region relevant to the company's business operations.
• Develop and maintain financial models, including Profit & Loss templates and scenario analyses under direct supervision of the Director of Strategy.
• Assist in drafting business cases and investment summaries ensuring all data inputs are accurate and current.
• Update and manage trackers and models promptly as new information is available.
• Address analytical and research requests efficiently and support ad hoc projects as assigned by the Director of Strategy.

Experience and Skills

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
• At least two years of pertinent experience in related roles.
• Experience or exposure within analytical, finance, or strategic functions is beneficial.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and fundamental modeling techniques.
• Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint to design clear and well-structured presentation slides.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
