Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
• Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages accurately, safely, and efficiently.
• Coach and mentor team members to manage tasks effectively and perform well in their roles.
• Monitor inventory to ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, and presented attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness in store areas, kitchens, and dining spaces.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including frequent bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, with assistance for lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old. (Note: In Virginia, supervisors must be at least 21 for specific duties.)

Additional Information

• Earn an extra $1.50 per hour for shifts worked between 10pm and 6am.
