직무 설명
Job Overview
We are looking for motivated Store Promoters to represent Netambit Value First Services Private Limited in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The selected candidates will engage customers in stores to promote Consumer Finance and EMI loan products, support loan processing, and maintain excellent coordination with store teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach customers interested in Consumer Finance or EMI loan offers within the retail environment.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application and documentation process to ensure smooth and accurate submission.
- Communicate the details and benefits of various EMI repayment options clearly to customers.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and trust.
- Coordinate effectively with store or dealer personnel to facilitate seamless customer service.
- Provide support specifically to customers using ICICI Credit/Debit Card EMI facilities.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding repayment schedules when necessary.
Eligibility
Open to candidates interested in sales roles involving financial products promotion and customer engagement at stores.
Salary and Benefits
Monthly compensation ranges from 17,000 to 18,000 INR.
