Store Manager - Sales Associate - Tabuk

Overview

This role is based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, within adidas' Retail Sales Operations, targeting emerging markets. It integrates the dual role of sales associate and store manager, contributing to overall store sales and operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop strong customer relationships while embodying the brand's values to boost sales performance.
• Serve and sell to customers with professionalism, upholding operational standards of the store.
• Remain aware of store and individual sales objectives, actively striving to meet or surpass targets through optimal use of in-store resources.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering an outstanding brand experience and enhancing in-store consumer engagement.
• Act as a passionate ambassador of the adidas brand, cultivating positive connections with every customer.
• Incorporate fundamental and seasonal product knowledge proactively into customer service.
• Maintain an inviting shopping environment by consistently applying visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure store safety by complying with policies related to a secure shopping and working environment.
• Support inventory management by facilitating product delivery processing and replenishment for full product availability on the sales floor.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately while adhering to cash handling protocols.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Proficiency in retail sales competencies and consumer engagement techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate successfully to influence customers.
• Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken; English skills required for store management responsibilities.
• Preferably recent graduates or with up to one year of experience in sales, particularly in sportswear fashion retail.
• For store management, prior leadership experience in retail environments is necessary.

• Store Manager reports directly to the store director.
• No supervisory staff are directly managed under this role.
