About the Role

Responsibilities and Expectations
- Lead and supervise retail team operations, fostering a productive and motivated workforce.
- Achieve key performance indicators including sales targets, wage budgets, unit per transaction (UPT), conversion rates, average transaction value, inventory shrinkage, and success in mystery shopping evaluations.
- Manage stock control and maintain visual merchandising standards with keen attention to detail.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire staff to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and leverage business growth opportunities through an entrepreneurial approach.
Candidate Profile
- Proven supervisory or management experience within customer service or apparel retail sectors.
- Strong communication and comprehensive people management capabilities.
- Positive, vibrant, and authentic demeanor with excellent personal grooming and presentation.
