About the Role

Located at Pearse Street, Ballina, County Mayo, this is a permanent role offering 38.75 working hours weekly with an annual salary potential of up to €37,091 depending on experience. As a Store Manager at Holland & Barrett, you will lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service, ensure commercial success, and foster an environment where colleagues can excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide, motivate, and develop a high-performing team committed to exceptional daily customer experiences.
• Create a culture centered on learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and supporting their expertise in health and wellness, including completing the Qualified to Advise training program.
• Manage sales, profitability, payroll, and day-to-day operations to drive strong commercial results.
• Maintain stock levels, visual merchandising standards, compliance, and health & safety protocols throughout the store.
• Promote the use of technology to boost operational efficiency and enrich the customer experience.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager and peer store managers to share best practices and contribute to regional success.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in retail store leadership with demonstrated ability managing store operations and teams effectively.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities aimed at developing high-performing teams.
• Commercially astute with confidence in handling budgets, sales performance, and business priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
• Genuine passion for health and wellness, eager to continually grow expertise in the field.
