Job description
Key Duties
Greet customers warmly and deliver exceptional service continuously. Provide explanations on products while recommending individual items, combinations, and popular choices. Prepare menu items such as shakes, waffles, sundaes, and popsicles according to prescribed quality standards. Accurately manage billing transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system. Oversee basic inventory levels, alerting senior staff about any potential shortages. Ensure the cleanliness and hygienic condition of the store, service counter, and equipment. Adhere strictly to hygiene protocols and grooming expectations.
Candidate Profile
Possess effective communication abilities and demonstrate a positive, confident demeanor. Be flexible to work during shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Display quick learning aptitude and contribute cooperatively within a team environment.
