Store Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead and drive the success of our retail outlet in Hyderabad. This position entails full accountability for store sales results, team leadership, and delivering outstanding customer experiences in alignment with the brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of overall store sales with strategic planning to achieve monthly revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the store staff to attain high sales performance and excellent customer service.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards and maintain positive customer engagement.
• Efficiently manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, billing, cash handling, and adherence to standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.
• Oversee inventory management covering stock receipt, accuracy, replenishment cycles, cycle counting, shrinkage control, and ensuring product availability.
• Maintain attractive and effective visual merchandising following brand guidelines to enhance product displays.
• Analyze key sales performance metrics such as daily revenues, average order value, conversion rates, footfall, and units per transaction, and implement corrective actions to boost performance.
• Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders using strong English language skills.
• Exhibit proactive ownership and leadership capability by managing the store like an independent business entity.
