Job Overview
We are seeking an organized Store Keeper responsible for managing warehouse operations effectively. This role includes overseeing truck and trailer movements, maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and preserving material quality within the warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate access of trucks and trailers to the loading bay to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor finished goods movements to guarantee precise stock transactions and promptly report any discrepancies encountered.
- Ensure timely completion of all required checklists documenting warehouse activities.
- Carry out safety inspections regularly and record the findings using the designated mobile application.
- Maintain the integrity and condition of stored materials and ensure vehicles are properly serviced and maintained.
- Implement safety and security protocols across warehouse premises to protect personnel and assets.
- Adhere to safety and environmental guidelines and actively participate in toolbox talks led by the HSE officer.
- Engage in consultation and collaboration at various organizational levels to support the development and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) management system.
