Store Incharge

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Store Incharge to oversee daily activities at our outlet in Hyderabad. This role entails managing store operations, supervising staff, and driving sales while ensuring adherence to company protocols and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Develop and manage employee duty rosters and work schedules.
• Track inventory levels and facilitate timely replenishment of stock.
• Lead and mentor store employees to meet operational and sales objectives.
• Address and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards strictly within the store premises.
• Manage cash transactions accurately, handle billing, and perform daily sales reconciliations.
• Compile operational performance reports to share with management regularly.

Eligibility & Requirements

• 0 to 1 year of experience in Quick Service Restaurants or food retail management roles.
• Strong leadership qualities coupled with effective communication and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control and staff supervision practices.
• Ability to independently manage store operations and multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with basic MS Excel and Point of Sale (POS) systems is preferred.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 12000 to 13000 INR.
