Overview
We are seeking a Store Manager / Duty Manager to oversee smooth daily operations of the store, ensuring timely openings and strict compliance with all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and hygiene guidelines. This role involves driving superior customer service to build loyalty while managing inventory integrity and store standards effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and smooth store functioning including prompt opening and adherence to SOPs and cleanliness norms.
- Enhance customer experience to boost loyalty conversions through proactive store engagement.
- Oversee inventory management focusing on stock availability, damage control, expiry monitoring, shrinkage prevention, and cash management.
- Execute planograms correctly, maintain optimal space utilization, and uphold store presentation and standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor store staff to maximize productivity and meet operational goals.
- Track and analyze daily input/output reports, taking corrective measures as needed.
- Safeguard store assets and minimize losses via rigorous process controls.
- Engage regularly with customers to capture feedback on product assortment, availability, and pricing.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in retail store operations is required.
- Familiarity with Food & FMCG retail sectors is advantageous.
