Job Details
As a Delivery Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of delicious pizzas while representing Domino's brand professionally. Enthusiastic communication, a positive attitude, punctuality, and urgency are key attributes for success. Maintaining appearance standards to reflect Domino's and the Team Fox image is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate accurately using maps to find delivery addresses in various environments including multi-story buildings and private homes while carrying products.
- Execute repetitive tasks both independently and in teams under pressure while adhering to quality standards.
- Assist with inventory, stocking ingredients, and completing related paperwork in storage and preparation areas.
- Process telephone orders efficiently to guarantee customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Perform quick and precise calculations for transactions, including making correct change.
- Comfortably use computer keyboards, touch screens, and foot pedals as part of daily operations.
Physical Requirements
- Remain standing for most of the shift on surfaces like ceramic tile and linoleum with work surfaces varying in height.
- Help unload bulk deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds several times weekly.
- Occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs during tasks.
- Exhibit hand-eye coordination for handling pizza dough, peels, cutters, and folding boxes.
Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- Possess at least one year of driving history.
- Have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
- Pass a criminal background check and a motor vehicle record check per company standards.
