Role Overview

As a Store Crew Member (Retail Sales Associate), this entry-level role offers flexible scheduling that aligns with your lifestyle. Responsibilities include handling cash and fuel transactions, maintaining cleanliness, stocking shelves, and participating in food preparation duties for foodservice roles, always adhering to safety standards. Although previous customer service, cashier, retail, or foodservice experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory, as comprehensive training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive and positive customer service at every interaction.
• Accurately manage cash and fuel transactions and promote the store's loyalty rewards program.
• Prepare and present food and beverages, including specialty items such as coffee, following health regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly store environment, ready for customers at all times.
• Handle physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds as required.
